Love Spell
to reunite Lovers

PreparationPrepare for the ritual. In order for the ritual to be effective, you must perform it by yourself. Take a shower, without soap, and wash or shower your face 7 times, by wiping from your chin to the back of your head. Dry off carefully and wear exclusively white clothing. Remove any jewelry.
Hint:
While performing the following steps, think intensely about your desired partner and concentrate on the wonderful future you can have together. Avoid any interruptions, such as telephone or the like. Concentrate entirely on the spell and avoid any negative thoughts.
IngredientsA photo of your loved one7 teaspoons chamomile (from the health food store)A cooking pot3 Quarts waterA wooden cooking spoon7 teaspoons baking soda14 tea lights
Performing the Love Spell:This love spell is done in the bathroom. You need a sink in which you can collect water (one with a plug). The love spell claims to be more effective during a time when the loved one is probably sleeping. Light 7 candles each in the kitchen and in the bathroom and eliminate all background noises such as television or music since you must fully concentrate.
Step 1:
Fasten the picture of your loved one at eye-height over the sink.
Step 2: Boil 3 Quarts of water, add 7 teaspoons chamomile and let boil for 7 minutes. Take the pot off the flame and stir 30 minutes with the wooden cooking spoon. Use this time to mentally tune into your lost partner. Try to meditate.
Step 3:
After 30 minutes, pour the contents of the cooking pot into the plugged sink Add 7 teaspoons baking soda.
Step 4:
Stand in front of the sink and hold your hands out, palms down, over the water. Look at the picture of your loved one (which you have fastened over the sink) and bring this picture into your thoughts. Close your eyes and let energy build up in your body. This energy builds in your solar plexus, just under your sternum. Wish very strongly that your lost partner finds his/her way back to you. Find words for your wishes and say them to yourself over and over. Imagine how this energy penetrates the aura of your sleeping loved one and transmits your desires. You will notice after a while that you are in a meditating trance. There is no definite time for this spell, and you will feel by yourself when the right time is to open the plug in the sink. As the water drains from the sink, your energy transmits into the aura of your loved one. Keep raising the energy in your solar plexus especially while the water drains, concentrate on your desire and keep your eyes closed.
Step 5:
Open your eyes and rinse the sink with clear water.
Fix your thoughts on your loved one as he/she is sleeping and your energy as it penetrates into their aura.
Important Hint: As you extinguish the candle, also extinguish all thoughts towards your loved one, the spell and all related thoughts. It is very important, as in all love spells, to not talk to any one else about them and let your thoughts rest after completion of the spell.
Do not try to contact your loved one to see if the spell was effective (this is very important). Allow time for the spell to work and you will see how your lost partner returns by themselves.

Ideal Man for a Woman

What a woman finds Attractive in a man

The Astrology of Attraction

Astrology can offer us a few clues as to what types of people men and women are attracted to. What follows is a simplistic model for determining the "ideal" man for a woman.
The position of Mars in a woman's chart, by sign.
We at Cafe Astrology tend to shy away from some of the traditional "rules" of attraction. Traditionally, astrologers have interpreted the position and condition of Venus in the natal chart differently depending on the gender of the native.  The reason for treating Venus in men's and women's chart differently is based on the idea that women may tend to "disown" the qualities of Mars in her own chart. Since the energies of Mars have to go somewhere, when a woman doesn't "own", or identify with, her Mars, the energies would be projected onto the men he meets and relates with. Similarly, men are thought to more easily relate to and "own" Mars qualities. The concept of projection is an interesting and valid one. However, while it may hold true with Mars to some extent today, we prefer not to attach gender bias to Venus and Mars. In our experience, men and women tend to take on the role of Venus in their relationships in approximately equal measure.
However, the position of Mars by sign in a woman's chart does tend to offer some clues as to what she will find attractive in a man. This is because Mars reveals what turns us on to some degree, and represents traditionally masculine qualities. (Venus helps to round out the picture in terms of sexual attraction and style).
If a woman's Mars is in Aries, she is often attracted to a strong, independent, and forthright man, perhaps athletic in appearance, but more importantly, direct, confident, and straightforward. Ultra sensitive or shy men are not usually the most attractive men to these women, as they tend to prefer strong and independent types. Men who don't beat around the bush, who state what they want, and who display a certain level of confidence are ideal.
If a woman's Mars is in Taurus, she is often attracted to men who possess a stable, secure, and very strong aura about them. Meat-and-potatoes types are definitely these women's "cup of tea". Unstable, overly intellectual, or "flaky" men are simply not what these women would define "real men". These women like their men simple to please, traditionally masculine,  and strong. They often are especially turned on by men who work with their hands (as opposed to "suits"), men who can build things, and sexually simple but sensual men.
If a woman's Mars is in Gemini, intelligence ranks very high on her list of ideal qualities in a man. An athletic or tomboyish look, sometimes on the slim side, is often preferred. Wittiness is a huge turn-on for these women. Versatility, liveliness, and playfulness are qualities in men that these women find devastatingly attractive. They're not especially impressed with what they might consider "less evolved" types of men who display more typical, or traditional, masculine traits. Depressed or boring types won't do. These women want to be stimulated, and their brains are their biggest sexual organs.
If a woman's Mars is in Cancer, she may prefer the "sensitive type" of man who is compassionate, sensitive, and protective. These women sometimes are attracted to temperamental sorts, finding moodiness in a man rather intriguing. They want men with "layers" (remember Shrek?). However, they are not into the type of "sensitive" men that Mars in Pisces women are most attracted to. In fact, they generally want men who are strong and traditionally masculine. Generally, these women prefer men who are physically strong or at least look that way--remember that they love to feel protected.
If a woman's Mars is in Leo, she may be attracted to men who are proud, outgoing, and perhaps even gaudy. Aloofness or a dignified, confident aura is usually appealing to these women. These women are more inclined to enjoy men who possess a rather bold, confident manner--and style! Playfulness and fun are very important to these women, and the uptight type or overly serious man is not going to do it for them. Stinginess is a huge turn-off, too. These women want their men generous, dignified, and confident. These women do want their men to be a little possessive and jealous, as it makes them feel more alive, wanted, and attractive.
If a woman's Mars is in Virgo, an appealing man to her is usually an understated, rather simple appearance without too much glamour or ostentatiousness. Healthy, natural, and clean are most appealing physical qualities, and a certain amount of intelligence as well as a modest, sensible approach to life. These women are turned off by men who are overly confident, bossy, or unkind. They are looking for perceptive men who are kind and helpful. Competency is important, but these women aren't big on men who are show-offs. A quietly competent aura is best.
If a woman's Mars is in Libra, she is most attracted to men with understated charm, good manners, and a pleasing and balanced  appearance. Coarseness or rudeness is often a turn-off, and so is independence! These women prefer men who are cooperative and who are willing to please. Romantic men are a huge turn-on, and these women truly appreciate classy sorts.
If a woman's Mars is in Scorpio, a complicated, dark, powerful, and passionate man is the biggest turn-on. This woman wants a man with "layers"--one who has depth and is complicated enough to intrigue her. She is especially attracted to men who ooze sensuality, who are perhaps a little dark and mysterious (even brooding), and who have a magnetic and powerful aura. Intensity is a turn-on for these women--flighty, superficial, and indifferent types need not apply! These women generally do enjoy a certain level of possessiveness in a man
If a woman's Mars is in Sagittarius, she is most impressed with a man who is playful, fun, intelligent, and honest. An energetic, happy aura in a man is often most appealing. Joking around is a must, and a huge turn-on for these women! They want to have a good time, and to have long conversations with their men as well. They are not especially attracted to men who are overly groomed, generally don't like too much "decoration" or men who put on airs.  A tousled, casual appearance is just fine with these women--in fact, it's preferred.  A man's status is not of huge interest to these women--they are looking for honest guys whose egos aren't tied up in what they do for a living or how they look.
If a woman's Mars is in Capricorn, she is generally attracted to competent men, perhaps well-established business types or otherwise accomplished men. She doesn't necessarily go for status, but she does want a man who has an aura of competence about him. She is looking for a certain level of security, and is unimpressed with men who are drifters, irresponsible, or flighty. A stable, directed man with goals in life and a responsible, even serious, attitude to life is important to this woman.
If a woman's Mars is in Aquarius, she can be most impressed by men who are somewhat unconventional or kooky in their choice of clothes and overall style. She wants an interesting man. He can certainly be handsome, but boring? Hardly. A man with a brain is important, although she won't be attracted to a brainy type. Somebody who is perceptive, a little unconventional, and perhaps somewhat aloof is most attractive. Rigid or boring types simply won't do.
If a woman's Mars is in Pisces, she is often impressed with a man who is sensitive, compassionate, and intriguingly complicated. Lacking in confidence is just fine, and so is a touch of helplessness. A "starving artist" type may be appealing, or a man who is downtrodden in some way, as these women enjoy men who have a distinct soft side. The strong, independent types are not turn-ons for these women.

What a Man Finds Attractive in a Woman

The Astrology of Attraction

Astrology can offer us a few clues as to what types of people men and women are attracted to. What follows is a simplistic model for determining the "ideal" woman for a man.
The position of Venus in a man's chart, by sign.
We at Cafe Astrology tend to shy away from some of the traditional "rules" of attraction. Traditionally, astrologers have interpreted the position and condition of Venus in the natal chart differently depending on the gender of the native.  The reason for treating Venus in men's and women's chart differently is based on the idea that men may tend to "disown" the qualities of Venus in his own chart. Since the energies of Venus have to go somewhere, when a man doesn't "own", or identify with, his Venus, the energies would be projected onto the women he meets and relates with. Similarly, women are thought to more easily relate to and "own" Venus qualities. The concept of projection is an interesting and valid one. However, while it may hold true with Venus to some extent today, we prefer not to attach gender bias to Venus and Mars. In our experience, men and women tend to take on the role of Venus in their relationships in approximately equal measure.
However, the position of Venus by sign in a man's chart does tend to offer some clues as to what he will find attractive in a woman. This is because Venus reveals what we love, find pleasing, and what turns us on to some degree. (Mars helps to round out the picture in terms of sexual attraction and style).
If a man's Venus is in Aries, he is often attracted to a tomboyish woman, perhaps athletic in appearance, but more importantly, direct, forthright, and straightforward. Ultra sensitive or shy women are not usually the most attractive women to these men, as they tend to prefer strong and independent types.
If a man's Venus is in Taurus, he is often attracted to women with hourglass figures, who come across as natural and calm, and rather feminine. More traditional feminine types are often preferred, as opposed to aggressive or in-your-face personas. Sensual but simple auras are most attractive to these men. Sweetness, and a simple voluptuousness in a woman is ideal.
If a man's Venus is in Gemini, intelligence or liveliness are often more important than drop-dead good looks. An athletic or tomboyish look, sometimes on the slim side, is often preferred.
If a man's Venus is in Cancer, he may prefer women who come across as sweet, soft, and warm. He is not as inclined to go for women who are model-thin, tomboy-ish, or for the high-profile career type. He often is attracted to more traditionally feminine looks, simply dressed (not gaudy or flashy). Understated but feminine summer dresses, accentuated breasts (natural, not "enhanced"), an aura of innocence or neediness, and the promise of devotedness are usually turn-ons. Venus in Cancer men often go out of their way to avoid feeling rejected, and this is mirrored in their attraction to women who are not too aggressive, loud, or overly confident.
If a man's Venus is in Leo, he may be attracted to women who are proud, outgoing, and perhaps even gaudy. Aloofness or a dignified, confident aura is usually appealing to these men. These men are more inclined to enjoy women who wear a good deal of makeup and jewelry. Flashiness is often appealing, although some will prefer a slightly more understated look. The bottom line, however, is usually a rather bold, confident manner.
If a man's Venus is in Virgo, an appealing woman to him is usually an understated, rather simple appearance without too much glamour or ostentatiousness. Healthy, natural, and clean are most appealing physical qualities, and a certain amount of intelligence as well as a modest, sensible approach to life.
If a man's Venus is in Libra, he is most attracted to femininity expressed as understated charm, good manners, and a simple but beautiful appearance. Coarseness or rudeness is often a turn-off.
If a man's Venus is in Scorpio, the femme fatale is just fine for him. He is especially attracted to women who ooze sensuality, who are perhaps a little dark and mysterious, and who have a magnetic and powerful aura.
If a man's Venus is in Sagittarius, an energetic, happy aura in a woman is often most appealing. Generally these men are attracted to a clean, robust, athletic look, generally slim but not necessarily well-groomed. A tousled, casual appearance is just fine with these men.
If a man's Venus is in Capricorn, he often finds a woman who has an aura of competence about her very appealing. More classic looks, as well as a career-oriented look are most appealing. Sometimes, older women are especially appealing to these men.
If a man's Venus is in Aquarius, he can be most impressed by women who are somewhat unconventional or kooky in their choice of clothes and overall style. He wants an interesting woman. She can certainly be beautiful, but boring? Hardly.
If a man's Venus is in Pisces, he is often impressed with a feminine aura of softness, sweetness, and neediness to a certain degree. She need not be robust or aggressive. Lacking in confidence is just fine, and so is a touch of helplessness.

A man's Moon sign certainly factors into the "equation". While Venus offers clues as to what type of women and situations attract a man on a romantic level, the Moon reveals what qualities makes a man feel comfortable and warm. Sometimes we see men with very different Venus and Moon signs who have distinctly different "types" of women when it comes to pure attraction and those he would consider as long-term or relationship material. For example, a man with Venus in Aries and Moon in Taurus might be attracted to forthright, independent women in general, but as far as "selecting" a woman for a long-term partnership goes, he might choose a more demure woman with steady affections and a softer, more traditionally "feminine" personality and/or appearance.

Sexual Astrology: Eros

Astrology of Sex: Eros in the Natal chart

Sexuality & Astrology

How can we interpret a person's sexual nature using their natal chart? Because sexuality is complex, there isn't a simple formula for determining an individual's sexual preferences, fantasies, and styles of sexual expression. Although instinct certainly plays a role, human sexuality is made complex by our intelligence and the role of society, as sexuality is primarily a social behavior. Reproduction is certainly a function of our sexuality, but humans do not engage in sexual behavior to reproduce alone.
A major element of our sexuality comes under the domain of Mars. The sign and house position of Mars in our natal charts, as well as the aspects Mars makes with other planets and points, gives us some insight into our personal sexual style. However, Venus, the planet of love, romance, and pleasure, plays a role as well. The Moon, representing our emotional nature, affects our sexuality. In fact, as sexuality is a powerful motivator and is part of our identities, we can safely say that all of our planets and points have something to do with our sexuality in some way.
When exploring the astrology of sexuality, I keep in mind that the entire chart of an individual is involved, but there are some factors that tend to play a larger role than others. Namely:
Mars. The sign of Mars shows us the style in which we express our sexual nature.
Venus. The sign of Venus shows us some of the important "trappings" and foreplay that helps us get in the mood for sex.
Moon. The sign of our Moon shows us some of our underlying emotional needs  that may express themselves as sexual fantasies and needs.
Eros. The sign position of the Asteroid, Eros, can reveal some of our erotic turn-ons, as well as the level of our erotic nature.

We explore the sign positions of Mars and Venus in relation to sexual styles here, and Eros below:

ErosThe Asteroid Eros can shed some light on some of our erotic turn-ons. In mythology, Eros was the god of sexual love and desire. He was considered irresistible. In Roman mythology, Eros was known as Cupid. "In Greek art Eros was depicted as a winged youth, slight but beautiful, often with eyes covered to symbolize the blindness of love. Sometimes he carried a flower, but more commonly the silver bow and arrows, with which he shot darts of desire into the bosoms of gods and men." (Encarta Encyclopedia)
Eros overpowers the mind with love and sex. Eros represents sexual objectification, passion and desire, and creativity.
Don't know your Eros sign? See how you can find it below the interpretations.

Eros in the Signs.

Eros in Aries. ( in)These people instinctively and quickly become infatuated. Their sexual attractions are formed quickly and they get off on the sensations of the moment in an intense manner. These lovers may seem a little erratic to others, simply because their passions rise and fall so quickly. They are not as giving and emotional in their sexual expression, but they are passionate while it lasts. Eros in Aries people are attached to the sensations of the moment and may see their partner as an object, or an extension of themselves. They often prefer to do the pursuing in relationships and may be addicted to the conquest.
Eros in Taurus. ( in )These are highly sensual lovers who may seek to own their partners. Sexual possessiveness is often an issue with these lovers, and, unlike Eros in Aries, competition is not a turn-on. These lovers can be somewhat primitive in their desires and not as attracted to too much sexual intricacy. Plenty of masturbation is likely, although these lovers tend to be most unhappy without a steady partner. Their sexual natures are rooted in the senses.
Eros in Gemini. ( in )These lovers are sexually curious and interested. They like to be knowledgeable in sexual matters, and often are turned on by the written and spoken word. They may write letters to their lover, or enjoy writing and reading erotica. Because it is difficult for these lovers to turn their minds off during sex, there is a voyeur within the person during sexual expression, and it may be difficult for these lovers to simply "let go". Many Eros in Gemini individuals enjoy talking, and being talked to, during sex.
Eros in Cancer. ( in )There is a need to infuse emotional care and nurture into the sex act. When the self-image is low, these lovers may use others as sexual objects, probably as a result of their fear of rejection. The breasts are a big turn-on, and many are orally fixated, and some may be attracted to a domination theme. When the self-image is stronger, intimacy and warmth are powerful stimulants. Eros in Cancer lovers seek to achieve psychic and emotional renewal through sex. They can be very intuitive bed partners. Sexual possessiveness is often an issue. Sometimes, these lovers want their partner to be relatively chaste, but they don't have the same standards for themselves. These lovers often fall in love with their sexual partners.
Eros in Leo. ( in )Fantasies for Eros in Leo often revolve around their partner's desire for them. These lovers generally get off on what they believe their sex partner must be feeling about them. They can put a lot of time into autoerotic behavior, and are often given to much flirtation and many infatuations. Nevertheless, they can be more loyal than most. Eros in Leo lives for love and attraction. They are threatened when passion settles down in their relationships. They feel the need to keep passion alive, and when it settles in a relationship, they can be addicted to flirting with other people in order to feel alive and potent. Eros in Leo lovers have a big ego investment in their relationships.
Eros in Virgo. ( in )Earthiness and intellectuality combine in Eros in Virgo. These lovers are sensual, especially when they are not thinking too much. Because of the tendency for Virgo to think and analyze, however, there can be a tendency to be one's own voyeur during sex. Vicarious enjoyment of sex is often highlighted with this placement. A meeting of minds is important to Eros in Virgo. These are somewhat moody lovers who may have distinct phases between promiscuity and celibacy. Virgo is very connected with--and aware of--the body and its functioning, and Eros in Virgo often seeks renewal through sex, with an attitude that sex is healthy and good for you. These are generally sensitive and tender lovers who do a lot to please their partners. Some awkwardness and shyness in terms of letting themselves go is often characteristic of this position. Virgo's symbol is the Virgin. This should not be taken literally, although when Virgo is connected to the sexual nature, there is a sense of purity and independence. These lovers can be promiscuous at times, and quite kinky, but emerge from their experiences with a sense of purity nevertheless.

Eros in Libra. ( in )This is a rather flirtatious and charming position of Eros. Libra's tendency toward a "tit for tat" attitude shows up as a desire for equality on a sexual level, but in practice, Eros in Libra lovers often forget their own sexual needs because they are focusing on those of their partner. Communication is sexy to these lovers. These people can be hopelessly addicted to all of the "trappings" of falling in love, so much so that when a relationship settles, it may seem boring. Highly romantic and charming, Eros in Libra people enjoy the social "game" surrounding making connections with lovers, and they can be quite seductive.
Eros in Scorpio. ( in )This is an especially erotic position of Eros. These lovers can be addicted to the thrill of getting to know a person inside and out, and to the power of love and sex. Intensity is important to these lovers. They don't just want their partner's body, they want a bit of their soul as well! This position suggests very little fear in the area of sexual intimacy, and these lovers will pretty much do anything and everything with a willing partner. They are passionate, and the more intense the relationship is, the better. Animal magnetism is high, probably because these people think about sex and intimacy a whole lot, and others may sense their intensity. They can easily get under your skin, tapping into others' desires.
Eros in Sagittarius. ( in )These lovers have an enthusiastic and exuberant appeal. Sex is meant to be fun for Eros in Sagittarius, and some roughhousing and plenty of hearty laughs are turn-ons. Sexuality is sometimes viewed as if it were a sport by these people. They may surprise you with a very open and almost innocent attitude toward sex and intimacy. Sex is a bit of a game, and how this attitude is received will depend a lot on the audience! There can be a bit of an addiction to the chase, and avoidance of intimacy when it feels restricting in any way. Tenderness and romance are not the kinds of expressions that come as easily to these lovers. Laughter and fun are aphrodisiacs for this position of Eros. Sexual exploration and freedom are important, as well as a need for sexual honesty—sex without the frills and trappings that these lovers may find to be unnatural and even dishonest. Eros in Sagittarius can show up as passion for knowledge, hunger for new experiences, and a love of travel and exploring new lands and cultures.
Eros in Capricorn. ( in )These natives are sensual and earthy in their sexual desires. The libido is strong, but controlled. Saturn-ruled Capricorn is a sign that likes to be in control—not necessarily in control of others, but in control of themselves. Many Eros in Capricorn people channel much of their desire nature into accomplishing something significant.
Eros in Aquarius. ( in )These lovers are intrigued by the unusual, finding variety exciting. The detachment of Aquarius can mean finding sensuality in non-contact scenarios in addition to contact ones. Sexual creativity is one of the strengths of this position. Their open minds with regards to sex can stimulate creativity in their partner.
Eros in Pisces. ( in )There is a chameleon in this position of Eros, as these lovers are very adaptable to their partner. This is not to say these lovers don't have sexual preferences or possess a strong identity. Instead, the Pisces compassion, and ability to understand and accept virtually every color of the rainbow shows through in a sexual/romantic way. They tend to be most comfortable and at ease when their partner is expressing him or herself confidently. This position also suggests a passion for Pisces-ruled subjects.

Eros in Aspect.

When Eros is prominent in the chart (for example, if Eros is conjunct the Ascendant, or if it conjuncts the Sun, Moon, Venus, or Mars), Eros themes are strong in the individual's life. Often, the individual oozes sexuality in some way. The mind is often focused on sex and infatuation.
Famous people examples: Justin Timberlake has Venus conjunct Eros () within a 2 degree orb (in Capricorn) and square to Pluto. Elizabeth Taylor has a particularly powerful Eros: her Eros is in Pisces, conjunct both Sun and Mars, and opposing Neptune! Pamela Lee Anderson has Eros conjunct Moon (in Aries) opposite Mars, square Mercury, and trine Venus. O.J. Simpson has Eros in Sagittarius opposite Mars. Marilyn Monroe had Eros (in Capricorn) square Venus. Prince has Eros in Pisces square Sun and Saturn.

Eros in Love.

Eros represents our awareness of our mortality. Because we know we are going to die, we continually recreate feelings (confirmation, if you will) of our own vitality. We can so do in a Leonine way—for example, through romance, bearing children, and creativity. Eros love is very self-centered. Eros is, indeed, turned on by the idea that they are arousing someone else, but this kind of "feedback" is very much used to feed our own need to feel alive and vital.

20 Ways to Raise your Vibration

The law of attraction says that “like attracts like.”  You bring about what you think about.  You are the creator of your life experience and you create through the balance of your thoughts.  Ideally, when you see or experience something you do not like or that does not feel good to you, you will “make a note of that,” and attract something different into your experience – something that you do like and that feels good to you.  This of course is a choice, I mean, you can accept negative things and continue to put such things into your experience, but most of us want the good stuff, so that is the frame of reference for this article – positive, happy, joyful, good things.
Whatever it is that you are wanting to manifest, whether it’s a million dollars, a healthy body, spiritual peace, a loving relationship, or greater intellectual capacity, you will attract it faster if you find ways to get on a vibrational level with it more frequently.  Okay, I feel like I need to explain that too.
This thing that you want, whatever it is, you obviously desire it because you believe that it will bring you joy.  It doesn’t matter if it’s a temporary state of joy, like the first $100,000 on your way to a million, or something permanent, like for a broken arm to heal; whatever it is, it’s going to make you happy.  So the emotion driving the desire for this thing you want is joy.  Right?  Okay then, so what we need to do, is find ways of experiencing joy now, so that our vibration is in line with this thing we want. Like attracts like – joy attracts joy.
That’s what Rhonda Byrne meant on the Oprah show when she said the most important thing is to feel good.  That’s what Joe Vitale means in his book(s) when he says the most important thing is to feel good now.  Feeling good now, as much of the time as you possibly can, will cause a vibrational shift in your emotional well-being that will attract that which you desire to come to you, and it cannot help but come to you faster the more you stay in vibrational alignment with it.  That was a long sentence, I want you to go back and read it again.  Oh, what else is copy and paste for – here – I’ll print it for you again.
Feeling good now, as much of the time as you possibly can, will cause a vibrational shift in your emotional well-being that will attract that which you desire to come to you, and it cannot help but come to you faster the more you stay in vibrational alignment with it.
Here’s a shorter version:  The more you feel good, the faster you will get what you want.
Does it make sense, then, to try to be happy all the time?  Now, there’s almost always someone who must challenge my philosophy with, “But it’s not possible to feel good all the time.  We need to experience the pain, the guilt, and the sorrow, in order to appreciate the times of feeling good.”  And to that person, I just need to take a Dr. Phil moment and ask, “How’s that working for you?”
So in the interest of feeling fantastic and getting everything you want out of life, here is a list of simple things I like to do to feel good right now.
  1. Listen to upbeat music. My favorite is Al Jarreau’s Boogie Down.  I’m a Believer by Smash Mouth gets me going too.  Practicing music, if you’re at all musically inclined, works as well.  Just be sure to keep it upbeat and positive – remember, this is supposed to raise your vibration, so no tearjerkers or anything remotely sad.  Got it?
  2. Watch your favorite TV shows. Good ones – funny ones – old ones – like the Cosby show.  There’s just something about Bill Cosby that always makes me laugh.  I love his clean, positive humor.   I especially like smart comedies.  Frasier is another good one.  Anything that lifts your vibration will work, and if at any moment it starts to not feel so good, just turn it off – move on to something else.  I had this saying when I was on my diet:  “It’s not worth the calories.”  As in, when something didn’t taste good, I would save the calories for later to use on something that did taste good.  You can do the same with television.  There’s certainly plenty of it out there, and there are plenty of other ways to utilize your time and raise your vibration.  So don’t waste a second on anything that doesn’t feel good.  It’s not worth it.
  3. Watch your favorite movies. Same idea as above, except a little longer for those days when you have the time.  And if there are any parts of the movie that “bring you down,” just fast forward past that part.  After all, you already know what happens, don’t you?  I have an emergency copy ofLegally Blonde in my archives.  Be careful about comedic movies, though.  Some are funny, but lower your vibration because of their content.  If it’s funny because it makes fun of people or contains foul language, it will not achieve the results you’re looking for.  So pass on the early Eddie Murphyfor the Nutty Professor and you’ll be a better match.
  4. Write an entry in your gratitude journal. I’ve talked about gratitude journals before and by now I’m sure everyone has heard of them.  Unless you’ve made it a daily habit, though, I thought you might need a little reminder of how well it works. Just start listing everything that you are grateful for right this moment.  If you’re having trouble with a particular person or situation, focus on that, and write everything you appreciate about that person or situation.  Keep writing until you feel better.  Trust me, this works.
  5. Focus on love. It can be anyone or any thing that you love.  Not feeling so happy with your significant other right now?  That’s okay – we’ve all been there!  Write about your cat.  Or your new car, or your old car, or your pretty wall paper, or your new desk chair, or your favorite pen, or the fact that it’s Spring, or that it’s snowing outside, or . . . get the drift?  I know a person who says you can’t love something that can’t love you back.  That’s silly.  Love is an emotion and the more you feel it, the more you will bring things to love into your experience.  So love what you love and love that you love it.
  6. Get out in nature. Go barefoot in the grass, sit under a tree, feed the birds, smell flowers, listen to a waterfall or waves crashing against the shore.  There’s something about nature that lifts our vibration.  I believe it’s the connection with millions of other living things that nature provides.  The vibrations offered by plants and animals in nature are so pure, so unassuming.  The tree you sit under might by hundreds of years old while the flowers have only been up a few weeks.  Most things in nature co-exist peacefully.  There’s no competition, no worry, no doubt; just the basic assumption that all is well.  Spending time with these beings of nature will help you pick up on that vibration.
  7. Exercise. Walk, run, swim, jump up and down. Sometimes we just need to get our blood flowing.  Exercise of any kind, whatever you like, will energize you on all levels, including your vibrations.  If you have some sort of medical condition where exercise is impossible, do whatever you can to shake up your aura.
  8. Drink something.  Eat something. Skipping meals and being hungry or dehydrated are sure ways of lowering your vibration.  My personal favorites, (for raising my vibration of course), are chocolate, large, juicy-ripe blackberries, and orange juice.  (Not all at the same time, but occasionally, all on the same day!)  What are your favorite little food gems that you know will lift your spirits?  Stock up!
  9. Do something nice for someone – spread love and joy. This will get you in a good mood fast.  The other person doesn’t even have to know you did it.  When you see someone else’s vibration lifted because of some action you chose to take, it will send you soaring to the joy category.  It’s okay if they know you were responsible, but it’s also okay if they don’t.  My favorite things are the unexpected, like giving the garbage man a cup of hot chocolate on a cold day.
  10. Play with your pet. This is a double-whammy because not only does the play raise your vibration, but a pet will teach you how to focus.  Seriously, watch your cat or dog the next time you fidget with that string or throw that ball.  There might as well be nothing else around.  We need to focus like that when we’re creating.  Watch, learn, and lift.
  11. De-clutter something. Did you really think you were going to get a list from me that didn’t include something about how clutter around you creates clutter in your brain?  It also lowers your vibration and I can prove it.  Clean off your desk.  There.  Doesn’t that feel better?  Told you so.  Want to feel even better?  Clean out the basement, the garage, the car, all the closets . . .
  12. Act “as if.” I love this one.  Go through your list of goals, and act as if each one is either already in place, or will be tomorrow.  Want a new house?  You’re moving tomorrow.  What do you need to do to get ready?  (Probably de-clutter – ha!)  Trying to manifest more money into your experience?  Who is your accountant?  What are your investments?  With which banks do you do business?  How do you manage all that money?  Desiring a relationship?  He or she is moving in tomorrow.  Where will they put their clothes?  Will you need to redecorate?  Where will the extra car be parked?  What activities will you enjoy together?  That broken arm is going to be healed by tomorrow.  What will that mean for you?  You’ll be surprised at how your thinking will change, and so will your vibration when you look at things from the “as if” perspective.  You will also be amazed at how quickly your dreams materialize afterward.
  13. Get a massage. Need I say more?
  14. Take an hour off. This concept is counter-intuitive for most of us because we rush around trying to get everything done only to drive home from work in a really bad mood.  I discovered a long time ago that if I take an hour off, especially one hour of solitude, I end up getting much more than an hour’s worth accomplished in return.  This is probably due to the fact that taking that hour raises your vibration and you can always get more accomplished from a joyful mindset than from a feeling of being overwhelmed.
  15. Read something motivational. So why did you buy all those Brian Tracy CD’s and Steve Chandler books?  And don’t you have a “To Read” pile somewhere?  Oh, and please remember those web articles hanging out there in your favorites.  Steve Chandler is my favorite for a quick pick-me-up.  His book, 100 Ways To Motivate Yourself: Change Your Life Forever, always puts me higher on the emotional set-point scale.  If I’m in the car, anything by Brian Tracy will make sure I arrive at my destination with a smile on my face, ready to work.  And if I have the time and want to be challenged intellectually, I’ll head over to Steve Pavlina’s site to see what he’s been up to lately.  The important thing here is to know what works for you and keep it handy.  Then use it!
  16. Light some aromatherapy candles. Preferably, you’ll only utilize this one when you are at home.  I find fragrances to have a huge impact on my vibration.  Now, we’re not all the same in that a scent that works for me might be horrible to you and you might not respond to scent at all, but you won’t know until you try.  Experiment a little.  You’re worth it.
  17. Open a window. The smell of fresh air works for just about everyone.  Getting stale air out and fresh air in is good feng shui, good housekeeping, and good vibrations.  Ooh – I just thought of another song!
  18. Take a nap. If you’ve ever had little ones around, you know how they can get cranky in the afternoon if they haven’t had their nap.  Well, do we really ever grow up?  When I catch myself in a particularly cranky mood, I take a nap.  It helps.  Just 20-30 minutes and I awaken as a completely different person.  Well, not completely.  But my vibration is much better and when nothing else works, it helps to do this first, then get up and listen to Al Jarreau.
  19. Go shopping. I remember saying to a friend one day, “I’m depressed.  I need to buy something.”  She thought that was hilarious.  And I suppose it was.  But I was serious.  I caught on when I was a teenager that spending money somehow made me feel better.  It doesn’t have to be something expensive, and if you live in a rural area like I do, you don’t even have to get in the car – you can buy things online and get an immediate shift in your vibration.  Isn’t technology wonderful?!  Part of it is just being good to yourself, and part of it is putting a little $ in circulation that will benefit someone else.  Now, you know what I’m talking about here.  Going online and running up all your credit cards is NOT going to raise your vibration to the point of joy.  But finding the perfect pair of spring sandals at Talbots.com – AWESOME!
  20. Create your own “vibrational lift” list. You know what works for you and I have to say that after creating this list, my vibration is at a pretty high level right now.  Just thinking about feeling good and ways to feel good will make you feel good.  Did you catch all that?  Great – now go feel good!

Goal Setting:

10 Steps to Getting What YOU Want
in Life: Creating YOUR Reality

Overview:

Improve Your Life
Making life better in some way seems to be ingrained in our nature. One asks how can I be happier, healthier, wiser, or freer. You can use goals for a better job, better living conditions, improved health, and much more.
Goal setting is an excellent tool for creating a successful better life.
Get What You Want in Life
Learn how to create and achieve satisfying fulfilling goals that truly create a life that you want. Let this guide be your personal coach aiding you with time management, planning and organization.
These 10 how-to steps guide you through the full goal setting and achievement process. As all goals do not need all steps, you may wish to skip some steps. Still, we recommend you minimally read through them to understand why we included them for when you are actualizing other goals.

Step 1: Introduction to
Setting and Creating Goals

Goal setting encourages one to look at themselves more clearly to see where they are and what they want. This is truly helpful as it can help one see the many blessings in their life as well as what improvements would be appreciated.
The first step to change is acknowledging that there is something to change.
Then goal setting provides a toolset for you change and create the life YOU want.
I have found that putting 2 conditions on goals has really helped me:

      1. The goal can not harm others. I feel that what comes around - goes around. As such, this feels like a good thing to avoid.
2.The goal helps others or the universe. Rather than saying: "I want to be rich", having a goal like: "Having time to be with family and serve in the community" or "Helping me give to friends and charity" or "Allow me to make the world more beautiful" are much better goals than simply making a goal of being rich.I know many will disagree with me on these two points. However, usually, when one wants something (ie. riches), they really want it to achieve a specific goal (ie: learning to be a pilot or have more time with family). Making the goal to do something specific and verifiable is often a much better goal and is more likely to get you what you truly want.

In other words, money is a tool. What do you want the money to be used for? Then, base your goal on the desire.
It is best to make goals for yourself. In addition, helping your minor children with setting goals is great.
Setting goals for another adult is highly NOT recommended. Goals set for another usually will not work and often backfire. One must make goals for himself/herself for them to work successfully.
I goal set when I feel I need something changed in my life. This can be that I am unhappy in my job or I want to grow more quickly spiritually.
Some people find it useful to make goals before big events, such as marriage. Making goals for the marriage often makes the relationship stronger and more unified.
Others make goals daily, weekly, monthly and/or yearly. New year resolutions are simply goals for the new year.
One can have any sort of goal. Common areas for goals include: health, financial, business, spiritual, relationship/family, and more.
Goals that pursue your passion really work. That is because, often there is high (positive) emotion, desire, and strong images. Being able to picture a goal really does help it manifest.
Our experience has shown that having written goals, with dates, really helps the manifestation process. Adding a picture, desire and work really makes it happen. Use your imagination!

    Step 2: Deciding On
    Which Goals To Set:

This section helps you choose the best goal for you.
Points to Consider When I create goals, I keep the following points in mind:
Give the Universe Space To Work: I like to set goals which creates a new situation rather than focusing on a problem. This is so I can focus on something positive as well as giving room for spirit to work.

That is, instead of saying I want to have a new boss, I may ask for a job that I enjoy with a team of coworkers and boss that have the same values as I do.

This means spirit may move your job, or may help you and your boss get along. It doesn't matter. Also, this way spirit can give me something even better than I imagined.

    • Verifiable: By having your goal have something that can be verified you allow yourself to see goals being successfully created. This in turn makes more goals achievable. The universe always provides.

    • Positive: Creating positive goals is recommended as the mind often doesn't hear the word "not". Focusing on a positive image brings that image to you.

Goal Topics: Often, one creates goals to based on their list of values.
This can be one's health, family, spiritual practice, relationships, work, or livelihood. Sometimes it is obvious that something is not working in your life. If this is the case, focusing on what you what like that part of your life to be like, is an excellent place to start.
Imagining a supportive network of family and friends or a extremely satisfying job that leaves you energized are great examples of such goals.
Other times, one just has a restlessness or uneasiness about their life. Often this is due to having life not being fulfilling. So perhaps, having a goal that takes you the next step or discovering other options is the way to go.
Looking through our Affirmation of the Day may give you some ideas.
Exercise: Here is an exercise that may help you decide on a goal:
Sing a word that is special to you for a few minutes. Examples are: God, Buddha, Jesus, Hu, Aum, Love, Happiness.
While you singing this special word feel your heart to expand with love. From this state, look at the various parts of your life to see what needs the most attention. Is it your family, your job, your spiritual focus, finances, health or some other area? What would it feel like if this area was cleansed with light and love?
Bring this feeling back to your awareness when you are done singing. Write down as much as your experience as you can. Picture this as you new goal and work from there.

Step 3: Dreaming and Creating the Life YOU Want

Dreaming gives your goal a life of its own. It is the process of continually picturing your dream and exploring possibilities. Picturing your goal clearly and consistently attracts the goal to you.
Exploring and Refining Your Dream Here is a 3 night technique for exploring and refining your dream:
During the day think lightly of you goal. Imagine what having your goal would be like. Are you happy? Do you smile when you think of it? Does it feel in harmony with where you want to be? If not, you probably want to rethink your goal.Night 1: Before bed, ask Spirit (or the universe, God, angels, etc...), to show you how life would be fulfilled if you achieved this goal? Change your goal if you wish, and lightly think of it all day. Night 2: Before bed, ask Spirit (or the universe, God, angels, etc...), to show you if there is something better to ask for? Change your goal if you wish, and lightly think of it all day. Night 3: Before bed, ask Spirit (or the universe, God, angels, etc...), to if there is someway to have it be even better?
Creating a True Picture Here is another exercise that can help you really visualize your goal:
Create a poster with your goals. Use both words and pictures. This creates a physical picture that you can look at many times a day to remind you of your goals. Pictures can be drawn, painted and/or cut from magazines.I find that having a physical reminder that I see everyday extremely effective.

      Step 4: Effective Goal Planning

Sometimes goals just happen -- but most of the time there is lots of planning and work involved!
By now you have a goal that is the best goal for you at this time and you fine tuned it to make sure it will bring you what you want. Now is the doing stage. Research how others with similar goals made them work, remind yourself daily of your goal, and constantly move towards your goal.
      Research:
You can always research on the net. Use a major search engine and search on your criteria. By doing this, you should be able to get some tips on how others made similar goals.
Mentors are very useful in this process. Ask friends if they know anyone who has completed your goal, and if possible get them to introduce you to them. Joining a club that supports your goals is extremely helpful. Look in your community for mentor groups. All of the world's most successful people had mentors. Often the local library has lots of books and sometimes even classes. Often there are associations for various types of activities. For example, there are many real estate investing associations for people who want to invest in real estate - and Toastmasters for those who want to learn to improve their public speaking skills. Following steps others used to make progress on similar goals really helps. Forming a game plan modeled after one they used can help you avoid the potholes along the way.
      Reminders:
Notes throughout work, car and home, adding reminders to your calendar, making an exercise of repeating your goals verbally and in writing throughout the day really help. Keep the picture of you goal in mind and keep working on it.One great easy reminder method: Carry your goals with you. Write down 3 goals on a 3x5 card and carry them with you. Put it in your wallet or your pocket and refer to it often. Tie a string around your finger or write a note on your hand. For some people, this technique really works. Recording your goals on tape and playing them often works well too. Be certain to always record positive thoughts and goals. Listen to it often. Using premade tapes such as 101 Power Thoughts/101 Ways to Transform Your Life/CD is very simple and easy to use. Remind yourself of your goals and imagine achieving them. Then do one more thing that gets you closer to your goal.
Play, Play, Play (sometimes called Work, Work, Work):
Create a series of steps for your goals. These steps can be mini-goals. List these mini-goals in order so you have a plan of action.Set a specific time aside EVERY day for doing your goal. Preferably set aside at least one hour every day (unless your goal needs less time such as a goal of exercising 30 minutes every day). Now have FUN following the steps you created. By doing the research and having reminders, your creation is only steps away. Feel the joy and love of creation and go through the steps.

      Step 5: Breaking Through Limitations

So you now have a goal you want so much you can taste it. You are living day-to-day thinking, breathing, and picturing the goal -- but alas, you have hit a road block. The barrier seems insurmountable. What do you do now?
Here are 9 techniques for facing fears and meeting challenges
      1. Research How Others Overcame This Obstacle:
This is often a straight forward approach for many people. If you come across an obstacle, see how others overcame it. The odds are, someone has already been in your type of situation and found a way out. Now all you need to do is find out how they overcame the situation and repeat it. See ideas on how to research in
        Step 4.
      2. List The Blessings In Your Life - Using Gratitude To Overcome Obstacles
Gratitude opens the heart and allows a healing to come in. Often simply listing your blessings from the smallest one to the largest one really helps. Include things such as being alive, breathing, being able to use your senses, etc.
      3. Try Something Different
If what you have been doing isn't working, try a new approach. Often looking at a problem differently - or approaching it different will solve the issue.
      4. Fear Room Technique

Imagine a dark, foggy room. You can't see in this room. It is dark, and very difficult to see in. Now imagine a truck with some hoses to suck out the fog and flood lights to brighten up the room. This takes a while, but after a few moments, you can see the room clearly and easily. What do you see? Write down as many details as you can. What happens to your fears when the veils of illusion are removed and the light is shining on them?
      5. Affirmations
There are many techniques on our Affirmations page. Sometimes simply repeating your goal over and over will bring you inside. I have have huge amounts of success using the 15x's a day technique where you write down a goal 15 times each day. Often this type of focusing will show me what I need in order to overcome the obstacle.
      6. Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway
Simply feel the fear, fill yourself with as much love as you can muster, and do what you need to do anyways. Often this will get you through the process of doing something you are scared of that is recommended by your mentors.
      7. Contemplation Technique Do the exercise from Step 2 where you fill your self up with love and allow insights from spirit fill your consciousness with a solution to your problem.
      8. Constant Reminder Technique
Find ways to remind yourself of your goals. Find an affirmation, saying, or song that matches your goal. Repeat them daily -- the more often the better.

If you can't find a positive saying that supports your goal, make one up. Keep it simple and easy to repeat. Have it be positive. Play with it. Maybe sing it to a favorite tune. Then sing (or say) it again and again.
      9. Simplify Everything Examine your life in regard to your goals. Does everything in your life support your goals? Do you have beliefs, attitudes, habits or patterns that go against your goal?

Get rid of the things in your life that do NOT support your goals. This will make your goals stronger and in line with everything you do.

Step 6: Expectations, Acceptance, and Goal Surrendering

How to expect the best, accept the gifts and surrender the results involved with working on goals.
Sometimes life fills our goals in unexpected ways - or the path is less comfortable than we wished. For example, what can be done when life fulfills a goal to go to Paris but it rains most of the trip. Here are some techniques that help you with these issues.
Ask What Life Is Telling You
Sometimes, unexpected results are just life's nudges for you to learn new skills, adjust beliefs and attitudes, or try a different tact. What can you learn from this experience? What have you gained? Did you meet a person who can help you? Is there a person you can help?
In the example above, it was raining in Paris. Did the rain encourage you to visit more museums and shops that you would have otherwise? Did you meet more people, start a friendship or learn more by being inside?
      Expect the Best
Having the expectation of the best of life coming to you brings the best. Life always does this, all you need to expect it.
      Accept the Gifts
Sometimes a gift doesn't seem like a gift -- but is a blessing larger than ever imaginable. Wait and see. Know there is a gift within every experience just waiting to be explored.
      Law of Plenty
There is enough in the universe for everyone. Know it is there. Everything is coming to you at the perfect moment.
      Think Positive
What good came out of this situation? Count the blessings you DO have. Know that everything has a reason although sometimes it is not apparent at the moment the situation occurs.

Step 7: Achieving Goals YOU Really Want

Working On Your Goals: Using Mini-Goals
Here you keep working on your goals as planned in Step 4. You have the opportunity to take responsibility of following the steps set up in step 4-step 6 and going back and adding more steps as they are discovered.
Often one creates mini-goals so one can see progress and for a status check. For each mini-goal on your way to your major goal, you may wish to do all 10 steps as they help the total goal go easier.
How does it feel to work on your goal? Is your picture turning out the way you wanted it? Are you delighted in your creation?
When you truly are achieving goals that are in harmony, often a lightness and joy fill you with the outcome. You know you created something that you really wanted and if needed, you can do so again.
If you are happy with what you are achieving, continue on with working on your goal. If you find that it isn't going to fulfill your dream, feel free to restart the process. Yet, know goals are built on steps.
You need to take one step at a time and that often the end result isn't fully visible until you have committed yourself fully and given it your best at all times.
      Do Your Best
Here are some tips on how to give your best:
        1. Do something on your goal EVERY day Spend at least 1 hour on your goal EVERY day Try something new if current methods aren't working Repeat methods that DO work Listen to successful people's advice Keep your mind open Picture your goal constantly Expect the best Fill yourself with love Commit yourself to your goal
        2. Daily rewrite your "Things-to-do-today" list after reviewing your goals
      Are You Listening?
If your goal isn't moving along as fast as your desired timeline, follow these steps:
        1. Verify that you really are doing your best. Could you spend more time on your goal? Could you work more effectively on your goal? Are you not seeing something? Did others make suggestions that you are discounting without investigation? Have you re-read Step 5 and Step 6
        2. Are you trying reasonable approaches? For example, one may win the lottery, but putting real effort into your project gives you much more chances of success

          Step 8: Acknowledging Goals
          That You Have Created

          Acknowledgement

Acknowledging successes help goals move farther and faster. Every step you complete on your way to the full goal is a success. That success brings you that much closer and hence is extremely important. Acknowledge it as an accomplishment. This helps you realize that you can create goals and fulfill them. It also lets you see your goals in relation to other aspects of your life.Let yourself feel your success. Know that you created this reality. Allow yourself to give yourself positive reinforcement.
          Celebrate

Celebrate - even if it is just a whoop of joy, telling your goal to a friend, or a walk around the block smelling the flowers.Write your achievement in a journal. Watch your progress as time goes on knowing every goal is a step on the path of life. From time to time, review your journal.
          Remind

Remind yourself that you ARE successful as proven by you achieving goals. If your goal didn't work quite the way you planned, acknowledge your successes, be grateful, and try again

          Step 9: Gratitude,
          Acceptance and Moving On

          Open Your Heart
Gratitude opens the heart and lets even more good things to enter your life.Being thankful for things big and small opens yourself for more things to enter.
Thank Those Who Have Helped You
Thank yourself, those who have helped you and Spirit/God/Universe. Thank you's can be verbal, written, or even just a silent acknowledgement. However, when possible, telling the person directly, is a wonderful way to give back. People love to hear that what they did was appreciated.
          Exercise to Feel Gratitude
Here is an exercise to help you feel gratitude in your life:
          • List 10 parts of your body that function reliably
          • List 10 things that make you happy in your life
          • List 10 people who have helped you (however small) in the past
          • List 10 people you have helped (however small)
          • Look at these lists and be thankful
Speak Positively With The Gratitue Attitude
Praising and being thankful opens the door to even more. Complaining closes that same door. Hence, speak positively and lovingly.
Appreciate all that went well; accept the lessons learned with grace. Life is wonderful and good.
          • Every morning promise yourself to have a gratitude attitude. Everything is a blessing.
          • Thoughout the day remind yurself to be thankful. Reminder notes really help.
          • Every night go through the day and remind yourself of everything that there is to be thankful for.

            Step 10: Next Steps in
            Goal Activation, & Resources

            Analyze
            • Analyze whether your goal was successful.
            • Is it what you wanted?
            • Did it achieve what you hoped for?
            • Do you want to improve on it?
            • Did you acknowledge what did work?
            • Are you grateful for the experience?
            Review
We recommend scheduling a time to overview one's life and verify that it is consistent with where they want to go during set intervals.
raditionally, new year's day and/or birthday's are used for this type of review (ie: New Year's Resolutions,) but this can be done more often. I have found every 3 months on the solstice date works really well for me. I make my goals flow with the season and use them as a vehicle for growth.
            Decide
When deciding on your next goal, make a list of desired goals and place a priority on each one.
When done your current goal, recheck both the goals and the priorities. Both goals and priorities change over time, verify they are both still appropriately weighted on your lists.
Know that change is a continuous process. You can change anything and everything you would like to -- step-by-step. The future is yours to create.
